«Ekovizor» informs the user about the current level of air pollution in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk, receiving data from federal and regional automated meteorological stations. Data is updated every hour.

In addition to the quantitative indicators «Ekovizor» displays tips for the user on how to reduce the risk to health in case of high levels of pollution.

Atmospheric pollution is expressed as Air Quality Index AQI. This is an international indicator of the level of air pollution by various chemicals and dust. It is used to inform the public about the air quality at the current time in a certain area.

Measured in points from 0 to 500. The range of values of the index have a color scale:

• From 0 to 50 points (green) - the air is clean.

• From 51 to 100 points (yellow) - moderately polluted air.

• From 101 to 150 points (orange color) - the air is unfavorable for sensitive populations.

• From 151 to 200 points (red color) - air is unfavorable.

• From 201 to 300 points (purple color) - the air is extremely unfavorable.

• From 301 to 500 points (burgundy color) - the air is dangerous.

In this case, the user does not need to constantly monitor the screen of the smartphone. In the event of an unfavorable state of the atmosphere, the application itself will inform the user via push notifications.

One of the features of the application is the “national” pollution map. On this card, each user can independently enter information on air pollution. If you see smoke, smog or feel a chemical smell in the air - click on the "plus sign" on the map and assess the level of pollution on a five-point scale. Your score will be placed on the map where you are and all «EcoVizor» users will instantly see it.

In addition to this, the user is presented with:

• Meteorological information: current air temperature, humidity, pressure, wind force and direction.

• Detailing for individual automated meteorological stations and for individual pollutants with viewing measurement dynamics over the past 24 hours.
